it's time to talk about staying healthy in Starfield without all the fancy words. Whether you've got health issues, need a quick fix, or want an endless stash of meds, I've got the lowdown for you.
First up, head to New Atlantis and make your way down to the Mast District. You've probably been there before if you've used quick travel. Look for the Metro station down there. Take a left to find an elevator that'll whisk you away to "The Well." Just a short stroll ahead, you'll spot the Med Bay. There, Oshia's ready to help you out with any health problems lurking under your health bar. It's gonna cost you some credits, but it's worth it.
Now, this vendor also hooks you up with a Medical Supply Hotspot where you can grab all sorts of medical gear like Med packs, trauma kits, and even an Emergency Kit Location for crafting.
To speed up patching yourself up during a fight, get organized. Go to the Aid tab in your inventory and make your favorite medical stuff. Then, stick 'em on your quick bar for easy access when things get hairy.
If you're thinking about an infinite supply of medical goodies, here's the scoop. Hang out in the waiting room for a day or two to reset all the vendors in the game. When you stand up, chat with the vendor again, and ask for more medical supplies. Check the Aid tab, and bam, you'll see fresh Med packs, trauma kits, and emergency kits. Do this trick a few times, and you'll have enough supplies to survive any space adventure.
Lastly, for a quick heal after a brawl, forget Med packs and trauma kits. Find a bed and snooze for a bit. It'll patch you up and erase any damage. But keep in mind, it won't always cure those pesky health conditions. For those, you'll need to swing by the Med Bay again. Plus, when you rest in a bed, you'll score a 24-minute "well-rested" bonus that boosts your experience gain by 10%.
