StarForge - Early Alpha Footage
3This is me playing StarForge... badly. The best way to describe this game is Halo with Red Faction's tunneling and Minecraft's building and I think you'll see from the video that that's in no way an unfair summary.
It's in early Alpha at the moment, which doesn't include a lot of features the final game will. Finished game will have unlimited earth to dig and unlimited sky and space above to fly and build in, as well as co-op survival and versus 'Fort Wars' style gamemodes, but for now we just get to glitch through the floor without dying - repeatedly.

Playing on lowest graphics and of a lower resolution than native (which I assume is where the black borders are coming from) just to get a decent FPS while recording but it still shrank to a meek 8 FPS at some chaotic parts. I imagine this is due to this early build being poorly optimised in conjunction with the fact I was using FRAPS, so I can only apologise for my PC not being a monolith of power.
