Great port of the PC release, while not quite as good as the original version the Dreamcast release is still well worth picking up if you are a fan of the genre. Starlancer is one of the few Dreamcast games to support widescreen, however the CGI movies appear to be 4:3 and appear stretch in widescreen mode. As with the Wing Commander series, your actions in each mission have an effect on the campaign as it unfolds. With few space sims released on the Sega Dreamcast, it's nice to see one of the best one from that time get a port. A follow up was released on PC known as Freelancer it was much more like Elite, but a fab game in it's own right.
