State Of Decay 2 {Part 10} | THE CORPSES ARE PILING UP |
4Lets us play State of Decay Juggernaugt edition on standard difficulty and this is part 10 of the second educated attempt at a playthrough! All gameplay footage has been captured using the Xbox One's built in capture capability at a resolution of 720p which I then upscaled to 1080p during post. We begin this episode with one main purpose in mind.. Plague hearts!! Take out as many of the plague hearts closest to our home base as possible! So why does the title of this video not have any mention of plague hearts? Thats because as usual with this game a plan never ends up going into action due to the amount of other things that either need doing more importantly or a mission pops up out of the blue that is on a time limit or is just to fun sounding to pass on lol. So what do we actually end up doing in this episode? Okay, so we initially head out in order to take on the first plague heart of the day but we notice a lookout point that has not yet been climbed and looted. If youve played this game you know how hard it is to pass something knowing you have not yet been there and the locations check list is showing how much of the place you havent interacted with yet and you just cannot bare it!! We park up outside the lookout location which turns out to be a huge water tower with a good few places to search. We find some useful items at the base of the tower and then climb the ladder to the top. Since the tower is so close to another lookout tower, we have already been up we only end up opening a couple more locations on the map but at least that annoying icon telling us we haven't been to this location yet has changed and can stop bugging us lol. We take the supplies back to base and get ready again to set out for the plague heart location only a radio call reminding us that we have an outstanding mission still to complete once again draws our attention. It's okay, we reason, we can do a plague heart after this mission! There is still plenty of time left of the episode... So, selecting the mission its highlighted on our map with the way point and off we go on the long drive across the map to get to the house that's marked. The mission asked us to travel to aunt Schnider's house and look for a note that she left for us... Sounds easy enough! We eventually arrive at aunt Schnider's house and after looting all the places we come across the note and pick it up. This triggers the next part of the mission explaining to us where aunt Schnider herself is possibly located. Also, while we are here, we recruit a young fellow named Nico that is now our newest member of the community. Nico comes with us as we get in the car and drive back to our home base, we are driving the special radar car that opens up the map due to its fast speed and more importantly its ability to hopefully open up any new locations we haven't yet spotted for ourselves! Once back at the home base we dismiss Nico and let him have some time to get to know the others and settle in before doing some base TLC. While on the mission for aunt Schnider's note we managed to do some trading for food but more importantly we got a special mod for our garden. It was kind of brought in haste and we are not totally sure whether or not it's a better mod than the composting mod but by the looks of it the compost mod appears to be a better one so that turned out to be a waste. Never mind, it's how these things go sometimes. Anyway, the episode ends there and as you can now see we didn't get around to taken out any of the plague hearts that was the original plan!
