7:08, Shae could have started the quest with the Studded Leather armor from the stash, which offers 1 Armor protection, and the fate of the battle will be quite different.

23:27 It's not 4 hits... it's 2 hits plus 2 hits... The raider perform two separated attacks (sword first and then the Knife) so there are two chances to defend instead of just one

28:27 Note from the Designer:
One action that Richard didn't use during the video was to Focus your attack (once per round) to add one hit to any attack. This would have helped him finish your opponents faster, especially in the second video.

30:43 it's actually 6 hits... 1 from the sword attack + 3 hits from the two dice make a total of 4 hits from the sword attack and since there was a lighting bolt there will be the second knife attack that will do 2 more hits, making a total of 6 hits, not 5... but again, this is not one attack of 6 it's 2 attacks, one of 4 hits and another of 2 hits!
