13:39 No... you only discard songs if you have played them, if you did not play then they will stay in cue to be played.
So, everything that Richard is about to do is strategically wrong because he's playing on the wrong assumption

15:05 The song should not have been discarded unless the band played it and because the band didn't play any song, 2 cards from each Band Deck should be discarded!

If the color of this die is the same as the background color for any of the patrons you prepared a drink for, those matching colored patrons will remain at the bar for “another round” of drinks.
