17:25 You aren't Selling Coal... you are getting points for the amount of Coal you produced... so the coal doesn't go away after you get the points... it only goes away after the Storage Phase. there you can Storage your "goods" depending on the Warehouses you have.
The "goods" that you still have after filling up the Warehouses are thrown away at the end of the Storage Phase
