Perform each round as many as possible in 3 minutes
Round 1:
◆ Reverse Lunge To High Knee, 10 reps (each side)
◆ Single Arm Hand Plank, 10 sec (each side)
Round 2:
◆ Curtsy Lunge, 10 reps
◆ Pike Push-Up, 10 reps
Round 3:
◆ Air Squat, 10 reps
◆ Butterfly Sit-Ups, 10 reps
