10 min EMOM (every minute on the minute):
Perform both exercises then rest for the remainder of minute
Odd minute:
◆ Alternating Reverse Lunge, 10 reps
◆ Pike Push-Up, 10 reps
Even minute:
◆ Side Lunge, 10 reps
◆ Push-Up Shoulder Tap, 10 reps
