The Steam Deck is amazing, but if you've installed a non-steam game, perhaps in Desktop Mode using the Discovery Centre, it might not be so obvious how to delete & install that game or app.
In this beginners guide tutorial, I show you how to switch to Desktop Mode, then look in the Discover Software Centre for the offending program, then delete it from there.
I discovered this technique when trying to delete the Heroic Games launcher.
