Steam Deck KillSwitch case unboxing, I think this is it!! #shorts
In this video, I showcase the unboxing of dbrand's Steam Deck case, Project KillSwitch. The package was shipped internationally from Canada and took around 4 days to arrive in the UK.
I purchased the Travel Kit version of Project KillSwitch, which includes accessories such as Stick Grips and a Travel Cover. The Travel Cover is particularly useful for protecting the Steam Deck's screen while on the move. The case also features a kickstand which can be easily detached.
Putting on the case is simple - you start by inserting the Steam Deck from the bottom and push each top corner in. The case is tight but made of flexible material, so it's easy to put on. The kickstand opens easily and provides a comfortable angle for playing on a desk.
The case and cover are lightweight, so there's no added weight to the device. It also fits well with 3rd party Steam Deck stands, although the kickstand might need to be removed for better fitting.
Overall, the Project KillSwitch case is a bit pricey but it's the best one I've tried so far. It provides good protection and I'm happy to carry my Steam Deck with it.
