Steam had a bad decision ..again (Steam Authentication on Market)

In the next days Valve/Steam will push a new law for any user that wants to sell or trade an item.
The new law force users to use an app called Steam Authenticator for every activity that is done on the steam market, any user that don't comply in using their steam authenticator, will have to wait 15 days until they can finally sell/trade their item that the user wanted to sell.
I am not fully against this law/decision, if it wasn't the fact that this APP called Steam Authenticator is only available on Ios for Iphones or Android for android users, which means that any user that have a Windows Phone 8 or Windows Mobile 10, BlackBerry, Ubuntu Phones or users that are still using a dumbphone will have to wait 15 days everytime they want to make a trade/sell of an item.
This decision was created to fight the rising amount of scammers on the market, but in the end penalizes anyone who don't have an Android Smartphone or an iphone which is very unfair for a user like me that had spent more than a 1000$ already on store and always supported valve, in fact i conviced many pirate gamers to start to buy on steam and in fact today they buy.
I am very dissapointed with this decision, and i don't ask for an app for windows Phone or Windows Mobile 10, cause it continues to be missing for the rest of the users (BlackBerry, Ubuntu phone, dumbPhone) and would require a lot of work.
What i ask for steam/valve is to give us alternatives for non android and iphone users since we don't have access to Steam Authenticator, to not being penalized with the 15 days, treating us like the scammer community on the market that they want to fight.
There was more times before that valve heard users and fix or gone back in some decisions, so my objective is to find users that are willing to give their names for this petition and deliver it to steam and make noise, that would show to valve that their users are not happy with their recent decision and reach the social networks as well as gaming websites and communities.
