Rich is looking to start a big war and liberate Justin from the chains of the Grand Concord in this episode of Stellaris Utopia multiplayer.

Rich is getting worried about the empires to the north and is looking to find a break in the Grand Concord federation. The best way that he sees to do that is to support Justin's independence and get others of the Grand Concord to do the same.

The Kai-Fan-Chard are also worried about the AI warmongering that's going on as well as Justin's overlord, the Empire of Poeblina, integrating the North American Island. Rich's overtures include military support with fleets equipped with advanced Jump Drives.
