Rich's advancements in technology and ascension perks has given them the ability to build Habitats, the first of the megastructures.
Justin is talking like a warmonger again. However, he's probably the least able to defend himself with the smallest fleets. His vassalized status continues to plague him and prevent him from getting into an ill-advised war, but that doesn't stop him from insulting everyone.
Everyone seems to be talking to JJ about his future. There's some concern that he doesn't know about how babies are made. In the game, the Kai-Fan-Chard have finally integrated their vassal, getting back a former colony that has been separated for hundreds of years.
Peace time is boring, so the Grand Concord federation has declared war on the weakened Allied Buvhondon Commonalities again. The war mongering empire is finally getting his dues.
