Stellavanity - Azerlete Type-C Rule Rank 4 Easy 3.8B - Died at ELM ORDER final. (F-AUTO/LASER)
note: the recording is a bit quiet because i forgot to raise up the desktop volume in OBS.
going through the game without level boosts from start and 2 items active.
this run is done by resources dumping to speedkill mid-boss and bosses, killing Malphas quickly will not spawn anything for 10 seconds before an army of Poniards and Patinas shows up, stream left and right to squeeze as many coins. however, i do think stage 4 routes could be better with having such a thin number of multiplier compared to the rest of the run, i think stage 4 has lesser enemies that you can pointblank and get coins from.
going for a rank 4 scoring run in the mid game is by eliminating the rank-EX threshold and continue forward with regular rank 4. this run also uses a glitch where you can get a double 1-up if you get close to the spot right where the 1-up can spawn in the last tower, just in case, you can use discharge to prevent Razoredge from shooting at you without losing one tiny bomb stock (their timing is unpredictable compare to Poniards)
the catch here is by playing with the rhythm of pressing discharge if you time with the sound cues together both Accel. drive and Overdrive. using this technique by letting medium sized enemies stay alive until they die, such as the Backdigger. Noble Charm is an elite enemy in stage 7 you can milk round silver jewels, their health don't get lower right before they appear fully so you can discharge them earlier before you can damage them, it is recommend to speedkill the second Plant Guardian in the mid-part of stage 7 in order to make the extra Noble Charm to spawn (harder difficulties increases the boss health except Easy & Normal), keep an eye on your resources. continue doing this right after the door has opened, make sure your Accel. drive is fully filled up to have enough time to use discharge for the Noble Charm and then right after it ends, use Overdrive for the Backdigger.
i think if i practiced ELM ORDER on my off-time, i won't be having much of a problem with its final, most patterns for ELM ORDER will waste all your remaining resources if you're not careful, both phase 3 and final can be better.
