In this video we take a look at the latest update to Next Car Game: Wreckfest to find out what has changed since the last time we played the game.

I love the handling and physics in this game and have to say visually its stunning from insane crashes to gorgeous tracks with lots of grass and plenty of objects to smash into.

Unfortunately despite 4 years of development for some reason the structure of this game namely the UI and basic options / settings are still utterly atrocious.

Who knows maybe Bugbear will polish the packaging up so this title can truly shine, because at its core is a real golden nugget.

GOOD
- Best destruction derby game made (physics crash damage + ---realistc handling)
- Netcode works well
- Tracks are more polished and finalized + nice layouts
- Fantastic graphics
- LOTS OF GRASS !!!
- Slight improvements to UI
- Game runs better
- Manual Clutch
- Handling slighty improved / changed
- New cars
- Multiplayer works a bit better
- when driving very fun to play

BAD

- Infuriating to use UI
- random UI bugs ( mouse vanishing controllers not working and more )
- limit to detected devices ? (wont see Fanatec shifter)
- still feels like an alpha
- died of old age waiting for game to be finished
- developer needs to work on the boring stuff to make the game less of a pain in the ass to use.
- AI crash you more than players even on easy ( car just rotates)
- Overly dampend FFB (despite most FFB being nice and informative)
