The stomping ground support gem adds a lot of damage to shield charge while leveling. It generates 5 shockwaves that scale off strength and they all hit bosses. In this video I test the damage, and it seems to be impacted by the "attack" nodes in the skill tree but not by the more common "melee" damage nodes.
