I explain how the Elemental Storm spell works and give a few tips related to it. When you do a critical hit with an elemental spell, you generate a storm of the same element with default 5s duration and 5s cooldown. You can easily get the duration to 10s or more and the cooldown to 1.5s. Cold spells seem to work better. I think it's a pretty cool spell for stormweaver builds. #pathofexile2
