Do you love the sound of fluent coding on your chiclet keyboard and immediately feel uncomfortable when mouse clicking interrupts these chimes? Postfix Code Completion (PFCC) lets you complete most scenarios without using your cursor keys or mouse by letting you transform already typed expressions through templates. This keeps your typing frequency high and, as a neat side effect, makes you more productive.

This session introduces the concept of PFCC and presents the productivity gain that may be achieved by employing the newly implemented PFCC technique in a series of representative developer scenarios. Additionally it gives insights into the way PFCC was created out of an un-biased analysis of other code completion techniques and other IDEs, and the porting and upgrading of the PFCC technique to Eclipse JDT. This talk will also show you how to create new PFCC templates so that you are ready to go to massively increase your productivity.
