In this run I take the third option after beating the temple and it results in an instant, rather silly ending and a game over. The autosave locks you into the first choice and you have no option to quit and start from the beginning unfortunately. So I just had to play through the rest of the story, there were no choices I hadn't already made either. I left the full run in because it counts for game progression as I earned XP and a level up, but you could probably safely skip after I get the third option ending as you won't miss a whole lot, I myself skipped some of the dialogue where I could. I'll leave the choices I made a mystery though just in case you do want to watch it.
