School is back in session for kids around the world, and you know what that means -- it's time to talk about the wild world of educational games. These are the products that tried to trick gamers into thinking they were getting a fun time, when in reality we suffered through popular characters teaching us about math and geography. One of the most notorious examples of this trend is Mario is Missing! from The Software Toolworks. While there's no way I can recommend you play this 1990s turd, I'm here to make the argument that this weird piece of edutainment has one of the very best Mario endings of all time. Actually, it has several. Turn back now if you don't want to know what happens next, because today we're going to spoil the stories and endings for Mario is Missing! on a whole bunch of systems. This is Game Over: The Early Years!
