That entire fight with Guile was crazy.

The A.I. in general is very cheap. Guile for example...
He doesn't even charge the Flash Kick move,
he just does it whenever he wants to.

In this version, I think Vega is the cheapest.
He moves around like the Flea Man in Castlevania.
At 21:59, if you can get this pattern going you can stun-lock him.
He'll keep trying to jump away from you and you can keep landing kicks.
