Street Fighter 20p arcade challenge
3As much as I love the Street Fighter series, the first entry, as important to the v's fighter genre as it was, is a real stinker.
The biggest issue with this game is that once you've played any of the other games in the series, (and yes, I know World Warrior SF2 plays a tad rough nowadays) you'll understand how stiff and unresponsive the special moves are to pull off.
You can only play as Ryu (and Ken for player 2 in v's mode), and the only way you can pull off a fireball or dragon punch is by repeatedly inputting the quarter circle motion and mashing punch in the vain hope a special move comes out.
add this to some genuine overpowered moves by the computer and you get a forgettable experience. It has it's place in gaming history and the characters that Capcom introduced to pop culture and the series in general that spawned from this game are legendary, but this first entry is just cack.
