Kimberly CAN be overcome. Her slide kick can be punished countered with a Drive Impact if your timing on it is right.

HOWEVER, the Kim player can anticipate this, as she can doesn't have to commit to the slide from her dash. She could possibly feint you into using a Drive Impact, cancel her dash, and then punish for it. Be aware of that, as well.
