===== About Bison II =====
He is the more powerful version of Bison, having extra variations of his Psycho Cannon fireball moves, which can be charged for larger size which results in more hits and depletion if it hits the opponent. As well as retaining all of his normal special moves, his Psycho Crusher is faster as well, and he has an infinite amount of super meter gauge at all times.

---- He has a special palette where he appears in white colour (when he appears as the CPU final hidden boss), but this seems to be a special colour palette that the player cannot select.
---- He is programmed in as an actual separate character in the game's data.
---- Despite being a 'separate' character in the game, he seems to be programmed in a way where if Bison II is already selected by a player, and the other player selects regular Bison, it will register regular Bison with an alternative colour palette.
---- No matter which background he is on, he will activate the dramatic black background with the 'disco lights'.
---- He is also physically larger than regular Bison.
