Cycloid appears in the game as a CPU-only character, by being the 'dummy' for the Excel bonus stage and the ending credits. He is a non-selectable character.
===== About Cycloid =====
He can move around freely like any normal character and has all the basic punches and kicks, but none of these moves can hit the opponent. He does not have any special moves, and has a throw where he Techs out of himself. He can also go into Excel mode.
He cannot be hit by the opponent normally either. However he CAN be hit when the opponent is in Excel mode (just like in the 1st Bonus Stage), as shown in the video.

---- On the versus screens, he uses Hayate's portrait and name.
---- In his Command List, his name is '???' and the list is Kairi's moves.
