Found this option select in Street Fighter EX2 today... may be old or not but thought people might enjoy the possibilities. Basically just Plink or hold fierce punch to medium kick ([F+FP]~mk) or any similiar variation of using activate but having the first button pressed and held being a throw. If the throw can not come out you will get an excel activation which reeks of new chances and invincibility! ^_^
