True Bison is a CPU-only opponent in the game. He is an unplayable character.
In SFEX3, there are 3 versions of M.Bison (excluding CPU Bison) - regular Bison, Bison II and True Bison. Regular Bison and Bison II are selectable characters, however True Bison is non-selectable.
===== About True Bison =====
He is definitely the ultimate version of M.Bison in the SFEX series. He appears in a white outfit with light blue shoulder and shin plates, along with a zombie-like light purple skin tone. He is also physically larger than regular M.Bison. Despite his Command Lists being empty, his move list is identical to Bison II's with the only difference being that his Knee Press Nightmare is a level 3 Meteor Combo. Another difference is that he can chain his crouching kicks in order of strength (e.g. c.LK - c.MK - c.HK).
