This was a small demo I began in the first lockdown of 2020. I spent about 3 months on the project as a whole, and it was programmed in Amos Professional 2.0. It was just a quick proof of concept demo, and was never intended to become a full game.

I made some music in Protracker which is a version of the Megadrive's Streets of Rage Level 1 music (3 Channels only with 1 free for sound effects). I also added a small colour cycle effect to the background for the neon (sacrificing one of the 16 colours).

Please note that this is running on an emulator with the CPU set to "Fastest Possible" which allows for as many cycles as it wants, so that's why it runs so smoothly.
