Structural Bodywork Session (Physical Assessment, Muscle Testing, Narrating Actions) 🌿 ASMR Roleplay
391Traditional massage doesn't often use movement testing to assess what is actually going on in the body, but structural bodywork (also called structural massage) does. It's rather akin to physical therapy work. It uses a set procedure of five steps to address pain, weakness, and/or restriction in the body. We're going to focus on the wrists specifically, and we'll bring in some B-Roll so I can show you some of the tests, the anatomy we're working on, and the actual procedure. And I'll narrate the whole thing, of course :)
