These are a bunch of machines that can be seen in popular YouTube videos but don't actually work properly in the latest Vanilla Minecraft, so may cause some disappointment when people try to build them for themselves.

Quirky Machines in order of appearance:
* Encoding & Decoding Machines - signal bounce, only correct after a delay
* Redstone Computers - signal bounce, corruption and undefined behaviour
* Observer Lifts and Doors - signal bounce causes lift to go back and forth
* Bridge-Building Machines - only works if input signal is exactly right timing

These machines can be built and do work in very tightly arranged circumstances (especially with mods, editing and code) but are not without flaws and only work properly 50% of the time. The 2-bit Redstone Computer is a special case of this where the memory is put into a Quantum State.
