Hey everyone, Eezore here and in this video I show you how to find the Disease Research Facility for the game Subnautica. This is located in the Lost River, and as such there are a few pathways into it. As such, the easiest to find is right next to the Degasi Deep Grand Reef habitat. If you go behind it, you'll see some green pools below. Follow that pathway and you'll come to a cavern that has a green "river" flowing on the bottom. This is the lost river.
If you follow it for a bit, it will fork. Take the right path and you'll see a giant skull. Once there, keep heading down, then right when you reach the "third level". It's kind of tiered. You'll see alien technology on the walls, and when you follow that you will find the facility. It was knocked off it's power supply, so you'll need to swim in there normally in order to explore.
Biggest thing about this is this: Make sure to have a Seamoth with Depth MKIII or a Prawn that can survive down there. Also this is a great place to find ruby, diamond, nickel, and crystallized sulfur. Gather as much as you need!
