This is so irritating. After hours and hours of playing this game i finally made it to the last area where you meet the Leviathan that will help you with your infection.

I do everything, get the enzyme and save the game.

To my horror, each time when i load the game i fall through the floor and end up behind the game area and there is no way to get out. :/
