This is Subway Simulator - Underground Train Ride Station Ultimate Driving Games on the Switch.

I'm not sure exactly what other players have been experiencing with this but whilst this game takes a while to load up and doesn't appear to be saving any of my progress, it hasn't frozen or crashed out yet. However, judging by how we all feel about this game I think it's best left out to rust!
