πŸ“‹ Puzzle Rules:
β€’ Normal Sudoku rules apply.
β€’ Digits placed on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's bubble. Two digits bubble values are read from left to right. Any two bubbles that share a 3x3 box, even partially, have values that are in a 1:2 ratio.
