A 1-credit clear of the arcade game Super Dead Heat [spdheat], played with WolfMAME 0.270. Score: 5,713,100. Taito made a couple of successful triple-monitor games (Darius and The Ninjawarriors) - this is a QUADRUPLE MONITOR racing game!

Each of the four players gets to choose one mix-and-match quadrant of the race course. You can switch between low and high gear, but given that you're almost always turning, it's easiest to say in low gear and have one less thing to worry about. You get one permanent upgrade, where [S]uspension is a good option, and you (and the opponents) can pick up temporary upgrades during a race.

This isn't an easy game to 1cc consistently: if you get bad racetrack RNG you can have a slower, riskier track. And sometimes the CPU racers get in the way or ram into you. But if you get decent RNG (especially on races 4 and 7) and the CPU racers mostly behave themselves, you can make it to the somewhat-anticlimactic final race and clear the game. The high scores are quite high indeed - you might need to take 1st place pretty much every time or even get lucky with [P]oints items to make it into the top 5. I had a rough time in stages 6 and 7 but a great final stage - the [X] item grants you all four upgrades at once!
