Last time I posted the Fruit Juice Factory level it was very early and not that fun to play. Now I've chiseled it out enough where it's a lot more enjoyable, though it's still not done yet. I feel like I'm starting to understand how to make good level design now, and I've been going back and redoing sections a lot so they flow together well and you're not standing around or exploring in one spot for too long. I also like to introduce gimmicks in a safe enough manner before removing the training wheels and slowly doing more interesting things with them, which has the added bonus of letting me spread a level's ideas out better and not blowing them all back to back.

Let's go over what you can find in Fruit Juice Factory:

-- Swinging Orange Slice platforms can be set to swing at different angles, speeds, and can be wide or thin. Halfway through the level are swinging pineapples, which are spiky and should be avoided.

-- Apple Juice Box platforms have rocket straws that let them rocket into the air, and they'll come back down. I use a vertical section to begin exploring both these and the orange slices in a safe enough environment, though beware! In co-op you can fall off the bottom of the screen if you get left behind.

-- Not a level specific collectible, but Time Stars are now a thing. These are similar to the Sonic Forces Moon Rings, but unlike those, you can actually see how much time you have left to grab them. Also unlike the Moon Rings, you don't have to play the level twice to see them, and it's actually worth grabbing them. I added this collectible to entice the player(s) to hurry along in a section. I had Number Stars in this level at one point, but no matter how I placed them, they were killing the flow.

-- Lastly, Acid Lemonade. This is pretty early, but it does damage you at least. The idea is that touching it springs you in the air and damages you, so having it here is almost like platforming over a bottomless pit but with training wheels.

I have one enemy in the works that's a giant palmtree that drops coconut bombs when you hit it, to act as a "heavy" enemy. Other than that, I've basically made everything I can here and can now focus on finishing the level layout.
