Much like Switch Scramble Circus was in World 1, this is a carnival-type stage where the two main gimmicks here are swings and see-saw platforms with spiked pillars on them. One would be inclined to use Peach here due to her floating ability, but as you'll see in this video you can beat this stage with anyone, even with Toad who has the worst jumping ability in the game. This is also one of those stages where Toad's sprinting ability is useful, especially when getting to the second Green Star. You could use a Boomerang Suit to get it, but chances are it would be either lost or replaced by another item as well. Despite how precarious this level looks, it can actually be pretty fun to play.
