In Tiny-Huge Island, you can explore the island as either a giant Mario or a small one. Each form has different features on the island, such as enemies and items. Which painting you enter from will determine which form you start the level as, and you can change at any time using a green pipe.

For the first star, you must simply go to the left after entering the level and then defeat the Piranha Flowers. As the platform with the Piranhas is not reachable as small Mario, it is best to start as big Mario and then switch to small using the pipe on the platform.
