Worlds 1-1 through 2-4

This is the first part of a complete "no death" run through SMB2J, my favorite platformer. "No death" in quotes because I did die and start over a few times in the lettered worlds, as I'm not nearly as familiar with them as I am with the numbered worlds.

This game plays almost identically to the original Super Mario Bros with a few notable exceptions. New additions include: Poison Mushrooms, green trampolines, red Piranha Plants, upside down pipes, backwards warp zones, repeating mazes outside of castle stages, enemies in locations they shouldn't be (e.g. air Bloopers), and wind. The physics are also slightly different. This is the first game where you can get a high bounce off of enemies to reach high platforms.

Since I am computer-retarded and screwed up the game audio again somehow, I added my own playlist to this run starting with a few Mario songs and then trailing off with whatever fits my mood.
