This is by far one of the most difficult individual stars I have optimized. I put about 15 hours into grinding this as soon as I had developed the best humanly reliable route. I am fairly sure this won't go down by much unless a new way of optimizing the star is found.

The triple jump instant pull-up in the beginning is 100% consistent as long as you keep your control stick angle somewhat towards the wall. I then triple jump again to get enough height to be able to slide jump to the platform in the middle (a backflip does not achieve this). The slide jump is extremely angle-specific and potentially frame perfect.

After spinning to the cloud flower I perform a frame perfect cloud boosted longjump to the cloud platform to retain my speed after landing. Going here skips creating a new cloud platform when longjumping out towards the void, which would cause you to lose time as it removes all your momentum. I then cloud boost out "blindly" towards the star, create a new cloud that I interrupt with Z and longjump to grab the star.
