I have been using counters for certain things in LP's before. Death counts, wasted life counts and stuff like that. But never something that actually transcends one game. I think I have found something for that here...

After leaving his home to deal with the crisis in Sarasaland in Super Mario Land, Mario finds his home being taken over by a mysterious figure. The entrance to Mario's castle sealed by a door that can only be opened with the 6 Golden Coins that are being guarded by the bosses who work for this mysterious man. Mario needs to go through the 6 Worlds to find and defeat these 6 bosses to get their Golden Coins and kick this evildoer out of his home. This will of course be done with the 2D platforming we know and love from the Super Mario series. I will be playing this game in color because of a fun little hack I've found for this game.
