I do like those "Don't Move" courses, as you don't have to press a single button in order to complete the course, and after getting past Hammer Bros. and Sledge Bros., we get a fight with Boom Boom without moving.
airship adventure

A short level where you have to jump from one Banzai Bill to another, this does test your patience.

For some reason, the Desert and Forest themes for Super Mario Bros. 3 use music for the Ground theme instead of a new song. The Racoon Tail is useful for this level, and we get another form of the Shoe Goomba known as the Stiletto Goomba, where is wears a shoe with heels, and I believe you can ground pound with it.
Glacial Falls

This level is filled with icy waterfalls in the Glacial Grotto, and is filled with Thwomps, with two different paths to explore. The larger Thwomps can destroy ice blocks that block your path.

Theme: Desert & Forest
Here is World 1-1 from Super Mario Bros., now turned into a desert, and is haunted with ghostly enemies, with Boos replacing Goombas, and Dry Bones replacing Koopa Troopas, and it does contain World 1-2, which has poisonous water, this does almost remind me of Mushroomy Kingdom from the Super Smash Bros. series, where it is based on World 1-1, and it has become a desert.
