We continue on with the Master Trainers, and two of which can waste up to 15-20 minutes of your time, and I also recommend training your Pokémon up to Level 70 or higher and maxed out their AVs of the stats you will need, some of which do require luck.
Here are the following Master Trainers I will fight in this video:
Metapod, Butterfree, Weedle, Kakuna, Beedrill, Pidgey, Pidgeotto, Pidgeot, Rattata, Raticate
Metapod Trainer - Bug Catcher Bryson
Metapod - Level 65
Nature: Impish
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 360 HP, 51 Attack, 305 Defense, 33 Special Attack, 37 Special Defense, 164 Speed
Moves: Tackle, String Shot, Harden
Location: Route 11
This is a time waster, so I recommend using a PP Up on Tackle to stand a good chance.

Butterfree Trainer - Bug Catcher Bobby
Butterfree - Level 75
Nature: Timid
AVs: 200 HP, 150 Special Attack, 150 Special Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 398 HP, 64 Attack, 103 Defense, 313 Special Attack, 298 Special Defense, 296 Speed
Moves: Quiver Dance, Sleep Powder, Air Slash
Location: Route 2
This is a battle where you will need luck, because the opposing Butterfree can put you to sleep, set up a Quiver Dance and deal heavy damage with Air Slash, so use Toxic and Protect, and pray that luck is on your side.

Weedle Trainer - Bug Catcher Scott
Weedle - Level 65
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 100 HP, 120 Attack, 100 Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 247 HP, 197 Attack, 164 Defense, 27 Special Attack, 31 Special Defense, 190 Speed
Moves: Poison Sting, String Shot
Location: Viridian Forest
If you thought spamming Tackle with Caterpie was worse, Poison Sting is weaker, and Weedle resists it, so that will take longer.

Kakuna Trainer - Bug Catcher Kenny
Kakuna - Level 65
Nature: Impish
AVs: 200 HP, 100 Attack, 200 Defense
Stats: 353 HP, 157 Attack, 299 Defense, 33 Special Attack, 37 Special Defense, 70 Speed
Moves: Poison Sting, String Shot, Harden
Location: Route 12
Prepare to sit a total of 105 turns, and I recommend using a PP Up on one move, and sit through until the opposing Kakuna uses Struggle, this is an even bigger time waster than the Metapod Master Trainer.

Beedrill Trainer - Bug Catcher Terry
Beedrill - Level 75
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Attack, 200 Defense, 120 Special Defense, 200 Speed
Stats: 405 HP, 379 Attack, 208 Defense, 64 Special Attack, 268 Special Defense, 340 Speed
Moves: Outrage, Drill, Run, Agility
Location: Route 8
This is a very tough fight, but as I demonstrate, using Reflect, and I recommend Mega Evolving Beedrill, can help minimize the damage from Outrage, and I recommend using Drill Run, and only use Outrage as a last resort.

Pidgey Trainer - Bird Keeper Louie
Pidgey - Level 65
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 80 HP, 80 Defense, 80 Special Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 227 HP, 63 Attack, 157 Defense, 45 Special Attack, 150 Special Defense, 206 Speed
Moves: Fly, Toxic, Protect, Roost
Location: Route 2
Start with Substitute, and then use Toxic to stall out the opposing Pidgey, another thing I didn't think about is that if you still have Gust, it can damage the opposing Pidgey while it is using Fly.

Pidgeotto Trainer - Bird Keeper Howie
Pidgeotto - Level 70
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 80 HP, 80 Attack, 50 Defense, 80 Special Attack, 50 Special Defense, 80 Speed
Stats: 269 HP, 190 Attack, 153 Defense, 166 Special Attack, 146 Special Defense, 218 Speed
Moves: Air Slash, Headbutt, Agility
Location: Route 16
The opposing Pidgeotto will boost its Speed with Agility and aim for flinches, so I recommend having Agility and Headbutt yourself to have the best chance.

Pidgeot Trainer - Bird Keeper Wyatt
Pidgeot - Level 75
Nature: Naive
AVs: 100 HP, 150 Attack, 150 Defense, 150 Special Attack, 150 Speed
Stats: 332 HP, 298 Attack, 290 Defense, 283 Special Attack, 133 Special Defense, 329 Speed
Moves: Sky Attack, Hyper Beam, Reflect, Roost
Location: Route 12
As the opposing Pidgeot has high Defense and has Reflect, I recommend using Special Attacks like Air Slash and Heat Wave, and have Substitute to take Sky Attack and Hyper Beam, and I also recommend Mega Evolving Pidgeot to get the best damage with Air Slash.

Rattata Trainer - Youngster Bret
Rattata - Level 65
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 50 HP, 100 Attack, 50 Defense, 50 Special Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 184 HP, 206 Attack, 120 Defense, 33 Special Attack, 120 Special Defense, 218 Speed
Moves: Bite, Headbutt, Thunder Wave
Location: Route 10
One Double-Edge should do the trick if you have Rattata's Attack AVs maxed out, otherwise it can paralyze you with Thunder Wave and flinch you.

Raticate Trainer - Youngster Denis
Raticate - Level 75
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 50 HP, 100 Attack, 50 Defense, 100 Special Attack, 50 Special Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 240 HP, 249 Attack, 168 Defense, 192 Special Attack, 183 Special Defense, 340 Speed
Moves: Double-Edge, Facade, Blizzard
Location: Cerulean City
Much like with the Rattata Master Trainer, Raticate's Double-Edge will do heavy damage, Quick Attack and Sucker Punch to finish the opposing Raticate off.
