Super Metroid [SNES] Playthrough Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIZ8kn0xML272WSJSChuGklnku6AjCcW9

Previously, Samus defeated Phantoon in the Wrecked Ship and acquired the Gravity Suit upgrade, among other things. Now, there is one last thing to get in the Wrecked Ship before she moves on to Maridia.

One level below the Wrecked Ship's save station, she goes through the metal door leading east (time 0:28). The next corridors are only passable with the Gravity Suit.

At the top of the next shaft, she goes through the western red door (time 1:05). Past some tricky grappling blocks and dropping platforms, she finds Energy Tank #08.

Now, the door leading east from the shaft is the way that the game wants us to take to Maridia, but instead, Samus will be going back through Crateria and Brinstar to get some more things. So, after backtracking through the Wrecked Ship, she exits west to Crateria (time 2:31). She goes past her ship and drops to the Old Tourian escape shaft.

On the eastern ledge above the lower door in the Old Tourian escape shaft, she bombs through the eastern wall (time 3:42). Power Bombing through the eastern door, she freezes the four Boyons level with the ground. Then, she Shinesparks up the shaft to the east. At the top, she finds Super Missile Tank #06. Nice! The grappling blocks to the west will see her safely out to the escape shaft.

Then, in Mother Brain's old lair, she Power Bombs through her old platform (time 4:45). Below, she finds Missile Tank #32.

She rides down the lift to the old starting area of Brinstar (time 5:24). A couple of rooms to the east, she finds Energy Tank #09 in the ceiling before the morph ball passage, almost exactly where it was in the original game.

Then, she can clear away some of the blocks with a Power Bomb (time 6:16). With a Shinespark, she can power jump up through a secret passage where there is a gap in the blocks above. To the left, she can run over some invisible blocks and acquire Missile Tank #33. And the westernmost block of the pedestal base is hiding Missile Tank #34. Very sneaky!

Back near the pedestal that held the Morphing Ball, she can use a Power Bomb to clear blocks to the left (time 7:46). A pedestal beyond holds Power Bomb Tank #07. A Power Bomb will let her continue west, but be careful of the Sidehoppers. She arrives back in the jungle area of Brinstar.

To the west, where she found the Charge Beam, she can Power Bomb and roll under the Chozo statue (time 8:40). After a Speed Booster dash through a watery chamber, she finds Energy Tank #10. From there, she makes her way down towards Norfair.

Soon, she arrives in Maridia (time 11:03). When she arrives at the glass tube, she can use a Power Bomb to destroy it. There is a save station through the red door below.

The door above leads to Maridia proper. To get to an upgrade, first she goes east through a red door (time 11:50). After opening the Super Missile barrier and clearing out the enemies, she runs back to the prior room to get her Shinespark. Then, jumping up at the right spot, she gets Missile Tank #35.

At the top of the shaft, she goes east (time 12:48). On the cliff below where she arrives, she can roll west through a secret morph ball passage. Don't worry about getting hit by the Sciser; in fact, it may help you get into the tunnel. Beyond, Samus will find Super Missile Tank #07.

Samus then goes through the lower east door. In the next room, she goes west past a couple of plateaus. Then, she goes east through a secret passage near a Pink Space Pirate (time 13:48). Past the red door, there is a large open door with Tatori, a turtle, and her family. They're semi-friendly, but if Samus shoots, the Tatori will rise out of the ground and attack. Samus can ride her shell. Up in the middle of the room, on a pedestal atop a grappling block, Samus finds Energy Tank #11. Then, hidden in the eastern wall is Missile Tank #36.

Back in the room above, Samus must grapple across to the upper-right door. After climbing a shaft, she finds a sandy room. To the east, through a walk-through wall, she finds Missile Tank #37 (time 15:55).

Climbing out of the water, she goes west. Past a walk-through wall, she climbs up and goes through the western door (time 16:36). At the bottom of the shaft, after killing a Choot, she can drop down to find Missile Tank #38 and Super Missile Tank #08.

Backtracking to the sandy room, Samus goes back down through the door. Near the door from the grappling room, she can blast through the middle floor blocks to continue.

The description is continued in the comments.
