I found that by delaying a frame during the dizzy that one could just buffer the super gutter at the beginning of phase 2 so it always lands. This is the same concept that sets up the phase 2 super punch for Mr. Sandman... by delaying his dizzy a little longer.

Zallard found the buffer in this video to do it in 1 frame because my buffer lost 2 frames. By adding this 1 frame at the end of phase 1 we no longer need to manually delay 1 frame at the beginning of phase 2 to avoid possible dodging.
