This is a tactic that I will be using on Dragon Chan. My goal is to aim at the longer pause on the heal. If he gives the quicker delay then you will still land the super punch since he had already began to heal. The benefit to this is that you have already landed a punch and only need one more, and you can guarantee the next opportunity with a buffer. The reason I aim for the second is that if I aimed for the quicker delay then I would miss the longer delay. This places you at the same point but with no hits at all, and this will lead to a longer than desired fight time.
