This is just an alternative approach to Hugger during the second phase. This video contains three parts. The first part is the traditional speedrun tactic which might yield a 0''6 phase 2 which is ideal if the super punch lands. However, this is actually rare, perhaps less than 10% of the time, though I could be wrong about this. The second part is what happens most of the time when Hugger dodges and you must execute rapid punches. It is possible to error when doing this rapid punch which means a reset. This "backup strategy" when the quicker fails is a 1''30 phase 2. The third part is a strategy I might actually use which will yield a slightly faster phase 2 and do it consistently without attempting for the chance of the quick variation.

This newer strategy will give you a 1''07 phase 2. So you can either chance being able to get a 0''6 but end up with 1''30 most of the time. Or you can simply get the 1''07 each time. Also, even though it is not contained in this video you can also ensure a dizzy at the end of phase 1 either by executing the counters fast enough or you can simply add the left face punch in after the final counter to guarantee it, but it will take about 1"0 more to do it. If you can't yet execute the fight fast enough to get the dizzy this would be a better strategy for you to avoid the 18''0+ fights.
