We continue to Chapter 3, after the events of Ch2 more normal FMP plot happens along with the rest of the cast interacting with each other.

Then it seems like they decided to form teams so that everyone would learn to cooperate with each other (It seems though that the Teams are fixed and can't be edited after they are deployed... )
