In this episode we run into a furious Diddy Kong who is very skilled with the bananas! We have trouble trying to fight through the constant fruit pegging us in the face and putting us on our back! Super Smash Bros. Ultimate is the latest installation in a long running Super Smash Bros. series dating all the way back to the late 90s with the Nintendo 64! Smash is a non traditional fighting game where it is 3D models on a 2D stage and the objective is to knock the other characters off the stage in any direction. Each character has their own unique recovery it is important to be mindful of range, and know your enemy! The game is largely a multiplayer game but has several solo player modes and elements as well. They are typically fairly dry, but the multiplayer more than makes up for it. The roster features a wide variety of Nintendo characters, as well as third party characters that span over decades of video game history! There are currently over 80 playable characters and the game features almost just as many stages to match. Stages can be toggled from fully interactive, to non platforming, to platforming! Player can play how they like to play due to the amount of customization allowed to create your the arena rules. The amount of ways you can play are almost limitless and anyone can spend significant time deciding how they would like to set up a match. Over the years the game has seen several new titles, a plethora of new character and stages, and significant graphical upgrades! Ultimate is the first game to include every single Smash Bros. character to ever exist into one roster for everyone to use. It is without question currently the definitive edition of Super Smash Bros. despite what the hardcore melee fans may believe!
